Reassembly Instructions
To reassemble the BI-Lok® Series D Dual Ferrule Tube Fittings simply follow the instructions outlined below.
Before disassembling the fitting, mark the nut and body as shown.
Using a wrench, loosen the nut and remove the tube.
Re-insert the tube with fixed ferrules until the ferrule settles on the fittings body. Slide back the nut so that the mark will be re-aligned.
From this position tighten slightly.
